Harris calls Trump a threat, distances herself from Biden

In her first sit-down interview with US cable network FOX News, Vice-President Kamala Harris distanced herself from President Joe Biden, saying her presidency would not be a continuation of his.

The Democratic candidate was also pushed on immigration and border security, and was asked if she would apologise to families who had relatives killed by migrants who illegally crossed the border into the US.

Pushed on how she can pitch herself as the ‘change’ candidate while part of the sitting government, Harris diverted to question her opponent Donald Trump’s fitness for office.
