Perth’s still a property winner, according to Hotspotting, and regional WA remains a solid market, but not every home is a decent deal in this market

Perth is still the nation’s property winner but some trigger-happy investors from the east are overpaying in WA, according to an influential analyst.

Hotspotting general manager Tim Graham said the Perth boom remains strong, but warned some buyers — mostly east coast investors — are overpaying after failing to do due diligence.
