Ponant’s 2025 Europe Collection has new offers

On Tuesday, Ponant announced its 2025 Europe Collection, with special offers for Australians. From now until mid-December, travellers are being offered exclusive offers including cruise and land packages with pre-cruise stays. And there’s an $800 Ponant Plus credit benefit per person.

There are 12 cruises in the 2025 Europe Collection, from classic Mediterranean voyages to expedition cruises to the Scottish islands.

A Ponant spokesperson says: “Highlights include island hopping in Greece, navigating spectacular fjords in Norway, exploring the Shetland Islands, docking in the heart of the world’s wine capital, Bordeaux, and sailing between Stockholm and Oslo with the Paris Opera Ballet’s artistic troupe for onboard entertainment while savouring the flavours of the Baltic Sea.”

My pick of the interesting (and good-value itineraries) is “Enchanting Shores: From the English Channel to the Hebrides”. This is a sailing from Honfleur (France) to Glasgow (Scotland), departing on May 14, 2025. Over 15 nights aboard Le Boreal, there are 23 ports of call in Portugal, Spain, France, Ireland, Wales and Scotland and it is from $12,270 per person, twin share, in a deluxe stateroom with private balcony (reduced from $14,910).

In addition, three Grand Voyages are available. The spokesperson explains: “These are convenient back-to-back sailings that offer significant savings, making them an ideal choice for long-haul visitors looking to maximise their time in Europe while minimising the hassle of packing and transfers.”
