Peter Bell has revealed Fremantle have made a strong offer to Richmond for contracted star Shai Bolton as talks remain at a stalemate between the clubs.

The Dockers are believed to have tabled picks No.10 and No.18 in exchange for two-time premiership Tiger, who still has four years left on his contract at Punt Road.
