The Shaka Project founder Sean Phillips brings Lake Grace Boots and Ballgowns Gala guests to tears

A guest speaker brought people to tears with his raw speech at a Lake Grace ball designed to highlight mental health in regional areas.

Sean Phillips, who founded The Shaka Project in 2019 to start conversations around men’s mental health, spoke to more than 200 guests at the Boots and Ballgowns Gala on Saturday about his mental health journey.
