Helene has completely isolated several parts of North Carolina from the rest of the world, creating flood barriers and catastrophic damage. The storm has also cut off travel completely from affected areas. North Carolina Department of Transportation spokesman Jamie Kritzer said the damage is unlike anything many folks have seen. #Helene #NorthCaroline #Weather
