LITTLE ROCK, Ark. – Hundreds of Arkansans lined up outside of the Pulaski County Courthouse Saturday to ‘Get Right with the Court’.

From 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. the court provided services including the possibility of waiving or reducing unpaid fines, voter registration and restoration for felons, as well as providing re-entry support.

At the event, those with unpaid fines, fees or child support were able to attend without fear of being sent to jail.

According to a release from the City of Little Rock, the event “aims to address a wide range of matters that may have impeded residents from fully re-engaging in society.”
