Supreme Court ruling paves the way for Zeta Resources to revive Panoramic Resources

A bid to pull Panoramic Resources from administration has cleared a huge hurdle after the WA Supreme Court dashed Barminco’s hopes of jumping the payment queue to avoid taking a big haircut.

On Friday the Supreme Court threw out Barminco’s claim that it was owed $1.27 million as a personal liability of Panoramic’s administrators FTI Consulting.
